homes feature a private swimming pool. Pool
heating is available from October - May and
pool heat can be added at the time of booking.
Cleaning Fees
All
reservations of 5 nights or less will be
subject to a clean fee to be added at the time
of booking and varies depending on the size of
the home.
Cancellations

In Low season: 8 days or more will incur no feecancellation made within 7 days of arrival will incur 100%. |

In High Season: 30 to 15 days prior to arrival cancellation will incur 50% fee.14 days or less will incur 100% cancellation fee. |
